All customers must inspect all Materials on delivery and must within seven (7) days of delivery notify BPA in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote.
The Goods are returned within a reasonable time at the Client’s cost and the Materials are returned in as close a condition to that in which they were delivered as is possible.
No returns on Sale items, Ex-Display Items
Change of mind
The same process for returns applies for change of mind, noting that a 20% administration fee applies on parts only and the customer must return goods at their own cost.
